bdbat Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdbat website at bdbat.io, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, payment processing features, promotional programmes, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account on bdbat, by logging into an existing account, or by using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bdbat Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated.

The bdbat platform is available exclusively to adults aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the period during which your account remains active. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, bdbat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any feature of the bdbat platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which bdbat's services are specifically prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or otherwise subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on bdbat at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdbat reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdbat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bdbat immediately at support at bdbat.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any details change. bdbat reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information cannot be verified or is found to be false.

• One account per player — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
• All registration information must be accurate and must be kept up to date.
• Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.
• SMS two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• bdbat reserves the right to suspend accounts pending identity verification at any time.

bdbat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet transactions and ৳1,000 for card and bank transfer transactions. bdbat does not charge a deposit fee; any processing charges levied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the account and that are registered in the same name as the bdbat account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. bdbat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: bKash and Nagad — approximately 15 minutes; Rocket and Upay — approximately 30 minutes; bank transfer — same business day; Visa and Mastercard — one to three business days. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to delay during periods of high platform activity, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required. bdbat will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (mobile wallets); ৳1,000 (cards and bank transfers).
• Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the player's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• bdbat does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, except where a bonus with a higher wagering requirement applies.
• bdbat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on bdbat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time the bet or wager is placed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bdbat platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. A bet is considered accepted at the moment the platform displays a confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. bdbat reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake, provided that the error is identified and the affected bets are voided within a reasonable timeframe.

Casino games hosted on bdbat are provided by certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. bdbat does not control the outcome of any casino game and is not responsible for any technical malfunction originating within the game provider's infrastructure.

• All bets are final once confirmed and assigned a reference number by the platform.
• bdbat reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds due to data or technical errors.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game and are displayed at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time data availability. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle the player to void a confirmed bet.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon game round completion.
• bdbat reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

bdbat offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which will include details of the wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotion terms.

Bonuses are awarded to one verified account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses by registering duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. bdbat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, to modify its terms, or to cancel a bonus credited to a player's account if it determines that the offer was claimed in breach of these Terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period; unmet bonuses will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms.
• bdbat reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbat platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in a permanent ban from the platform. bdbat reserves the right to report prohibited activities to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to exploit platform errors, bonus terms, or odds discrepancies for guaranteed profit.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to make deposits or to receive withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with bdbat.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law without the prior written consent of bdbat.

All content on the bdbat platform — including but not limited to the bdbat brand name, logo, website design, typography, colour scheme, written content, odds data, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdbat or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or title to any intellectual property belonging to bdbat or its partners.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdbat platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of bdbat. Unauthorised use of bdbat's intellectual property may give rise to legal action. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by bdbat under licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bdbat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdbat does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical defects, or that any technical fault will be corrected within a specified timeframe. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdbat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bdbat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bdbat is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• bdbat is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• bdbat is not liable for any tax obligations arising from winnings — players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings in their jurisdiction.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

bdbat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bdbat.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdbat will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required to process your transactions (e.g., payment providers), to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. bdbat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect the rights or obligations of players — bdbat will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via email to the address registered on the player's account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the bdbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the amendment. bdbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of sporting events. Upon account termination for cause, bdbat reserves the right to forfeit all account balances. Upon account closure at the player's request, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
